The Cottages of Amelia are located in the heart of Fernandina Beach. In fact, you won’t find a newer home within walking distance of the famous historic district of Fernandina. The beach is also just a bike ride away at only 2 miles.

These are the first townhomes we’ve ever offered in this area and we’re excited to bring them to you. Our two-story homes are different from the crowded rows of adjoining townhouses you typically find, each building contains only two residences.
